Local Overview
If you've bounced around town and lived in different rental properties, you'll know that setting up internet is part of the journey. You can pick between Xfinity, Comcast and in some cases AT&T. You always end up paying them, but what if... in a crazy world... they pay you.
Financials
AT&T (T) had been part of my portfolio until I sold last November to go after a house. We didn't get the house, but I did get to cash out. a whopping 6.81 in profit. The dividend is 4.01% Annually. The PE ratio is 15.82 with an EPS of 1.72 @ post and there's an estimated 1y target of $31 to $34 by analysts. For more information, check out Yahoo Finance.
The insider selling is pretty tame, so this could be a sign of stability. This is infrastructure, after all.
I'm going to deem this stock long.
