While driving around town, I noticed Montrose was under construction.

I already started looking at this one, so I'll type about it, but honestly this feels like a bit of a dividend trap. The year-over-year analysis shows that the stock price has consistently dropped since 2020 and while the dividend itself is presented as a 15% dividend. It might be best just to stay away.
